Working with Intermediaries

While we seek to source deals on a proprietary basis, we also acknowledge and respect the value that intermediaries can deliver. We seek to work with intermediaries interested in building long-term partnerships, as we believe strongly that all parties involved ultimately benefit from such relationships. We typically invest substantial time and resources in the front-end of the review/bidding process with the specific the goal of being able to make well-informed, binary decisions at key points in the process: we will either be highly confident in our ability to partner with a particular management team and close on a potential transaction (in which case we pursue these transactions aggressively), or we will communicate clearly and promptly that we do not see an appropriate fit.
