Active Board Participation
We expect to be an active Board member for each company in which we invest in and seek to develop Boards that are comprised of individual Directors with complementary talents and experiences, thereby enhancing value for all stakeholders. We do not micro-manage our companies – we provide high-level strategic and financial advice that is intended to support a management team that operates and grows the company on a day-to-day basis.
